Delete your account

You can delete your Voxly account whenever you want, from here or from the app. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and your email address.
  • Your profile: name, phone, and anything else you filled in.
  • Your word usage history.
  • Your subscription, if you have one: it is cancelled right then and never charged again.

What does not get deleted

  • Billing records for purchases you already made. Tax law requires us to keep them, usually for up to 7 years, and they are not tied to your account.
  • Nothing else. Your audio was never stored, and your dictation history and dictionary live on your phone: they go when you uninstall the app.

When

On confirmation. There is no grace period and no trash bin: the data is removed from our servers immediately, and backups rotate within 30 days at most.
